China Business Missions to BRICS--2025 BPIC Industry Matchmaking Event (China-Egypt) was successfully held in Cairo on 22nd, September. Co-hosted by BPIC and Suez Canal Authority (SCA) and co-organized by China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone (TEDA Zone), this Event attracted over one hundred representatives from ten enterprises based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, nearly 10 Chinese companies operating in Egypt, and over 20 Egyptian companies for exchange and discussions.

During the enterprise roadshow, Chinese leading technology firms from the BPIC cooperation network presented their technical solutions and successful cases in fields like green environmental protection and modern agriculture. Egyptian company representatives, in turn, introduced their core businesses and product advantages.

The venue buzzed with discussions and cumulated in the signing of three cooperation agreements, with multiple companies expressing strong intentions to continue further in-depth talks.

BPIC and TEDA Zone signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation. The two parties would explore the joint development of a platform to support companies expanding overseas, to fuel the expansion of Chinese and other BRICS businesses into the Egyptian market.

Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. signed a Completely Knocked Down minibus procurement agreement with EL-Kasrawy for Automotive Industry S.A.E..

Xiamen C&D International Travel Service Co., Ltd. and Regina Travel Egypt concluded a strategic partnership focusing on the joint development and market operation in inbound/outbound tourism, MICE, cruise travel, and study tours.

The successful hosting of BPIC Industry Matchmaking Event (China-Egypt) serves as a concrete practice in deepening “Greater BRICS cooperation”, providing a model for industrial and technical collaboration among BRICS and “BRICS+” countries.
