On December 16th, the “China-BRICS Science and Innovation Incubation Park for the New Era” was officially inaugurated at the Xiamen Software Park Phase III.

This park, launched on November 16th this year, is rapidly advancing under the “1+2+N” plan. In the future, thepark will innovate its operating mechanism,build a platform for business incubation, development of innovative outcomes, and intellectual property operation through personnel training and financial assistance. It will also establish a comprehensive and integrated innovation incubation system that covers all factors and the entire value chain, optimize the BRICS innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism, and develop a “Cloud incubation” platform platform to facilitate the seamless integration of online platforms and offline media. The park aims to become a headquarters-based, influential international, professional, and branded incubation platform in Xiamen within five years.
