To enhance communication and liaison with foreign consular missions in Xiamen, expand the framework of "Greater BRICS cooperation," and improve the quality and efficiency of the development of the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Innovation Center (BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center), Jiang Qingsheng, Executive Deputy Director of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, and Ke Haitao, Deputy Director, recently led respective delegations to visit the Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines, the Consulate General of the Republic of Singapore, and the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Xiamen.

During discussions with the three Consulates General, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center highlighted key projects such as the BRICS New Industrial "Golden Egret" Excellence Scholarship, the BRICS Industrial Cooperation and Go Global Comprehensive Service Hub, and the "Chinese Enterprises’ BRICS Tour." The BPIC systematically outlined its latest progress in international talent cultivation, service platform construction, and two-way corporate exchanges. The Consulates General paid close attention to the BPIC's ongoing efforts to advance "BRICS Plus" cooperation and spoke highly of the promotion pathways and implementation arrangements for the related projects.

The Consulates General expressed their readiness to continue serving as a bridge and bond, providing support for the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center in connecting with relevant national resources, advancing key project construction, and deepening practical cooperation between enterprises, thereby jointly expanding new space for cooperation.

This series of visits has further enhanced mutual understanding between the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center and the Consulates General of ASEAN countries in Xiamen, laying a solid foundation for broader and deeper practical cooperation in the future. Going forward, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center will continue to strengthen communication and coordination with foreign affairs offices in Xiamen, ensure substantive and solid progress in various key tasks, and promote the building of a higher-level open cooperation system.
