Leveraging the advantage of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center as an international platform, this event comprehensively and deeply aligned with local industry association resources in Xiamen. On December 1st, an international exchange event focusing on environmental protection, titled “BPIC Economic Cooperation Matchmaking Event—Session on Green Economy and Ecological Governance Industry”, was successfully held in Xiamen. 

In the matchmaking event, 30 government officials, experts, and scholars from 17 countries, as well as 34 representatives from 20 benchmarking enterprises in environmental protection industry in Xiamen. During the event, representatives from 10 Xiamen-based companies, including Suntar Environmental Technology Pte Ltd., Fulongma Group Co., Ltd., Longjing Environment Technology Co., Ltd., and Aicksn Environment Technology Co., Ltd. In Fujian Province, all of which are leading enterprises in environmental protection technology, delivered impressive roadshow presentations. During the roadshows, these companies not only fully showcased their strengths but also expressed a strong desire and positive attitude toward deepening international exchange and cooperation.
In the free talk session, seminar participants and enterprise representatives in Xiamen environmental protection industry engaged in in-depth communications and discussions on topics such as environmental project collaboration, technological innovation, and market expansion, identifying numerous potential areas for cooperation.

As one of the key activities of 2024 Workshop for Members of Global Development Promotion Center Network, this matchmaking event was guided by the Office of the Xiamen Leading Group for the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center and organized by the Xiamen Association of Environmental Protection Industry. Its purpose was to promote international cooperation among enterprises from the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center in the fields of environmental protection and ecological governance.
