Mao Ning responded that in October this year, President Xi Jinping attended the BRICS Summit and reached an important consensus with other BRICS leaders to establish a partner country. After the summit, China actively cooperated with Russia, the Presidential countries and other BRICS members to promote the work of partner countries.
