As the 15th BRICS Summit in 2023 is just around the corner, the 8th BRICS Policy Lecture focusing on current affairs of the BRICS Summit in South Africa kicked off.


In this lecture, Professor Shen Yi, director of the BRICS Research Center at Fudan University, was invited to share his unique insights on the theme of Prospects for the BRICS Summit in South Africa: A Period of Turbulent Changes in the International System and the Development Prospects of the BRICS Cooperation Mechanism.


In the lecture, Professor Shen Yi sorted out the evolution process of the international system, looked forward to the global macroeconomic situation and shared the achievements of the BRICS cooperation mechanism by focusing on the significance and specific content of the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution.
