The 14th Meeting of Heads of National Statistical Offices of BRICS Countries was held on11th October 2022, Beijing. During the meeting, the “BRICS Joint Statistical Publication 2022” jointly made by the National Bureau of Statistics of China and statistical agencies of BRICS countries was released, reflecting the economic and social development of the BRICS countries and providing an important guidance for cooperation and exchanges among BRICS member states. Representatives of National statistical offices of BRICS countries,United Nations Statistics Division and the WorldBank's Development Data Group give full recognition to the progress of BRICS statistical cooperation over the past year and express their appreciation for China’s contribution asChair, declaring that they will continue to work together to deepen statistical cooperation and gain more fruitful results of practical cooperation.
